These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Brant Street Cleaners website at molcearchb.media and your relationship with Brant Street Cleaners ("we", "us", "our") when you use our cleaning, laundry, alteration, and pickup and delivery services. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide dry cleaning, wet cleaning, laundry, alterations, and pickup and delivery services from our location at 421 Brant Street, Burlington, Ontario. Service descriptions on this website are for general information. Final pricing, turnaround times, and suitability of cleaning methods are confirmed at the counter or when we accept your order.

2. Orders and tickets

When you drop off garments or schedule a pickup, we issue a ticket or account record describing your items and estimated ready date. You are responsible for checking the ticket at drop-off and retaining your portion for pickup. Payment is due when items are collected unless you hold an approved commercial account.

3. Garment care and limitations

We use reasonable care in cleaning and finishing your garments. However, we cannot guarantee removal of all stains or prevention of damage where:

• Fabrics, dyes, trims, or construction are defective or deteriorated
• Stains have set or been previously treated incorrectly
• Manufacturer care labels are missing, incorrect, or ambiguous
• Items contain concealed damage or wear not visible at intake

Please inform us of known stains, delicate areas, and special instructions at drop-off. We are not responsible for damage to items left in pockets or for loss of detachable accessories not noted on the ticket.

4. Unclaimed items

We are not responsible for items left unclaimed more than 30 days past the due date. After that period, unclaimed garments may be donated, recycled, or disposed of at our discretion. Storage fees may apply to items held beyond the promised ready date where posted or communicated.

5. Pickup and delivery

Pickup and delivery are subject to route availability and agreed schedules. You must provide accurate address and access instructions. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather or inaccessible pickup locations.

6. Website use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, submit false information through our contact form, or use automated systems to scrape content without our permission.

Content on this website is provided for general information. We may update or remove content at any time without notice.

7. Intellectual property

All text, logos, images, and design elements on this website are owned by or licensed to Brant Street Cleaners and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Ontario, our total liability for any claim arising from our services or your use of this website is limited to the lesser of (a) the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100), except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Claims

If you believe an item was damaged or lost while in our care, notify us promptly — ideally before leaving the shop or within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the ticket, inspect the garment where possible, and resolve the matter according to our store policy and applicable law.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services and website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information under PIPEDA.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
